"The room was fine. Nothing overly special. View was terrible, and the room was quite small. The staff were lovely except for the concierge. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable or eager to help. They didn’t offer to make any reservations and when I asked for suggestions he proceeded to Google, which I could have done myself. The restaurant was overpriced and food was mediocre. The location was excellent but that’s about it. The valet parking was ridiculous, they wanted $110 with no in and out...

"Stayed at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. Loved the relaxed vibe and casual style from the staff because it made the hotel feel comfortable instead of overly formal. The rooftop bar was next level with incredible views of the river and the Brooklyn Bridge. Very happy with our stay overall and would definitely come back."
