"Worst experience I've ever had and that's saying something. Everyone has had some hotel/motel experiences that were not so great, but this hotel experience from a well known large franchise was unexpectedly the worst experience I ever had. "Booked this room last minute. I got a one bedroom room with two kings. Perfect for me and my adult daughter. Brian at the front desk was BEYOND helpful and friendly. Really appreciated him. Quality customer service is so hard to find these days, and this place has it! The room was clean. A tv in each room. Walking distance to the outlets and dining. Worth it."
