"Compared to other apartment based properties, this one was the absolute best in the area by far. We stayed in the one bedroom superior ocean view. The view was amazing and with binoculars you can see whales in the distance. Everything was clean and tidy. Large fridge/freezer and gas cooking stove. Everything was in working order. It came with a bath as well as a shower. The bed was actually a king size, not a queen or two doubles pushed together like other places fool you into using. Xanadu...

"With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm. On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this...
