"The view was wonderful and the staff were helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with essentials for meals, if you choose to eat in. The apartment was a good size but we found the furnishings to be very uncomfortable. Both hubby and I struggled to sleep well, the bed was far too firm for our liking. "We had a two bedroom ocean suite with an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Unfortunately the windows were quite dirty so couldn't see really clearly. The window washing was about to start though so a timing thing. The rooms and beds were comfortable enough. The lounge wasn't very comfortable though."

"Room & kitchen was clean & well maintained. Staff were helpful after we had a toilet seat issue. We changed rooms. Secure parking was good although a little difficult to get to."

"The location was excellent. The pool was suboptimal. We received an email asking us if we would like to upgrade rooms which we did however we did not get the upgrade but were not notified of this. I actually would have booked a different hotel/room as we had been travelling extensively and needed a washer/dryer. The checkin staff was lovely but couldn’t help us at that point. Also given a wheelchair accessible room which we did not need - this room has very little (none) storage/counter space....
