Agents were not helpful by saying that they can't cancel it. Have to wait for the manager or resolve through 3d party (as reservation was made). Really? I tried to resolve with the 3d party as well and noone was willing to assist with the refund. Not even partial. You are probably safe to book with them if you are local not flying from other countries. "

"Very new, clean, attractive hotel in large shopping center outside Queenstown near the airport. Nothing terribly interesting nearby and traffic snarled by road construction currently (March 2026). Tanoshi, Japanese restaurant next door was quite good. "

"The hotel is located very near tue center of Queenstown. The staff were friendly. Parking is hard sometimes on the street so I do recommend paying for hotel parking. "
