Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

Noisy at night from outside and within, which makes it hard to rest. There are carpets everywhere where the rooms are. They look dirty and worn. Elevator is small. Not enough room to turn the luggage. Overpriced for what it is.

We absolutely adore this place and after terrible experiences and stays in Auckland a couple of weeks ago we've had our faith in kiwi hospitality restored by your team! The Spire is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the action in Queenstown. Our experience here really is a story in two parts. First, though, I must say that everyone working at the Spire was incredible and accommodating. They did their best to anticipate and address all of our needs, and were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming the entire stay. Our first two nights were spent in a Spire Suite, which was an upgrade offered to use because we were concerned about the sound in the Laneway Suite we had booked. The Spire Suite was just lush. Gorgeous room, and a little haven we hardly wanted to leave. Unfortunately the Spire Suite wasn’t available for our second two nights, so we opted to pay (a good chunk) for the Deluxe Apartment rather than take a Laneway Suite. This is where the experience changed. Despite the Apartment being (I believe) priced quite a bit higher than a Suite, it wasn’t nearly as nice of an experience. Yes, you have a full kitchen, but you don’t get the space of the Spire Suite. It had one tiny closet and no drawers or shelves to unpack clothing. The bathroom is also a significant downgrade, with a single sink and no tub. There’s no power sockets on one side of the bed (without removing the heater from the wall). The one upside was the partial view of the lake and mountains. But the most challenging part is that the Deluxe Apartment faced the very strip club and bar we were trying to avoid in the first place. I have to imagine that someone from the hotel

If you are a fan of fire places in your hotel room, heated towel racks, ultra comfortable plush beds, super strong water pressure in shower/tub, perfect location, and stupendously excellent service, then this is the hotel for you! They put the Ritz to shame; you will not regret staying here, it’s literally impossible.

We had an absolutely sensational stay at The Spire. The team was really friendly and helpful. Our stay had some fantastic inclusions including daily breakfast, pre-dinner drinks and canapés, mini bar and access to a local gym. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. I travel a bit domestically with work staying at quality hotels, i must say The Spire hotel beats them all. I literally can't fault the hotel and its staff. The open fire place, the size of the room, large shower with a separate bathtub, even the bed, wow, the best nights sleep ever on the softest mattress I have ever experienced at a hotel. Without a doubt I will be coming back and staying at The Spire Hotel.

Luxury hotel in the centre of Queenstown

Great hotel in the centre of Queenstown, great location, lovely room with a very comfy bed. I would suggest to bring ear plugs though especially on Friday and Saturdays - there is alot of noise from the bars nearby. I think they could work on their customer service but overall the hotel is worth the money
