This is the best place we've stayed so far! The environment is beautiful, and the staff and owner are incredibly kind and welcoming. We were also able to see many lovely wild animals, which made our stay even more special. Everything was wonderful and made our trip absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this place!

C'est un cas de 6 étoiles si cela était possible. Tout est impeccable. Les singes le matin nous laisse volontiers croire que nous sommes au paradis pour un moment. Les déjeuners sont excellents, nous avons eu le temps de tous les prendre.

Beautiful secluded location just about on the beach. A little far from town (30 mins) but honestly that’s what loved about it. Plenty of places to eat/grab a drink within walking distance. Amazing breakfast and staff was so friendly

This is a cute little property off the beaten path. Lots of tico places to eat in the area but you need a car. We don’t recommend the seafood place across the highway though. Breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade bread and condiments. The laminated note in the room about not getting sand in the beach towels was a little odd!

Heise (sp?) and Lattika were the perfect hosts. Lattika made sure that everything we needed was taken care of . She was also very knowledgable about the various native animals who live in the neighborhood (how she could spot sloths is a mystery to me ). Breakfast was amazing !

We loved our stay here! It is close enough to the major attractions that you do not feel like you are missing out but with enough distance to feel restful and separate. The staff is incredibly kind, accommodating, and hospitable; the BnB is quaint and comfortable; and all the amenities were present, with a personal touch. We hope to return! It was such a great part of our trip.

Lettika and her staff were warm and welcoming. Our accommodations were very nice, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay with them again.

A gem at the coast

Beautiful gardens, monkeys, sloths, birds. Private, quiet, secure with a 2 min walk across to beach. Hosts terrific and breakfast good.

Don't pass this place up! Lettika, the owner, and Dama and Teddy, the staff, all did everything necessary to make us feel welcome and to make our stay(s) perfect in every way. We stayed three nights, then left to head south. Our room there didn't work out, so we returned for another two nights. Both rooms we had were wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Dama has a flair for decorating using the towels and fresh flowers that made us feel like special guests and cooked delicious breakfasts to order. Teddy made delicious drinks to enjoy at the pool and gave us guided tours around the grounds to see the local sloths each day! Lettika oversaw every detail of our stay and offered great input about local places to eat and things to see. We hated to leave!

Wofür einen Nationalpark besuchen wenn man hier wohnen kann. Ankommen, wohlfühlen, Urlaub machen. 1 Gehminute zum Strand, wenige Minuten zu den Mangroven. Toller Pool inmitten des Urwaldes. Zimmer ganz toll eingerichtet. Betten super. Terrasse zum entspannen. Frühstück sehr gut. Rundum - eine gelungene kleine Oase

Wir haben bei Lettika und Teddy eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und bietet wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Unser Zimmer war klasse, mit einer großen Terrasse, alles sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, das Bad großzügig, alles neuwertig. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Von hier aus lassen sich viele Ausflüge unternehmen (Manuel Antonio, Uvita, Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Hacienda Barú, Cataratas Nauyaca, etc.). Wir haben hier mehr Tiere gesehen als in den Nationalparks. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir waren 3 Nächte zu Gast und würden beim nächsten Mal einen längeren Aufenthalt einplanen.

The room is very clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and friendly. Lettika is a wonderful woman who is always willing to help us. Our room had an outdoor sunroom-like space with screened walls, which made it feel open and connected to nature while still feeling safe and comfortable. Sitting on the sofa, birds would come right in front of me, and it was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Jardin over Christmas. The room was perfectly sized for two people. We appreciated the air conditioning at night and the bed was comfortable. Plus, how can you go wrong when there are sloths and monkeys near you! The breakfast is outstanding! Don't miss it. We had activities planned each day while we stayed and it was a great location to keep driving each day to a reasonable amount of time. We went diving/snorkeling in Uvita, hiking in Manuel Antonio, and white water rafting with Rafiki Lodge. There were a lot of really great restaurants near by too. The staff was wonderful! If you are looking for a quiet area to stay in, search no further!

Responsive helpful friendly owners. A beautiful oasis tucked in the jungle. Clean, tidy with lots of amenities. We were only there one night but wish we had more time to stay longer. Saw 2 sloths right outside the property. Pool area and gardens well maintained. Breakfast included and was delicious! We would definitely return. Dinner at the super club down the road was incredible!

Great B & B

If you are looking for a place to stay near Dominical CR this is the place. I wish we had stayed here the whole time we were in Costa Rica. The hosts, room, pool, beach were all amazing. We were fortunate to stay in the upstairs suite, and were greeted by monkeys at our window our first morning! Lettika and Gijs who own the place were so friendly, providing us with great breakfasts and suggestions on reasturants and activities. Thank you for everything.
