"Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!"

"Check in staff were great and allowed us to check in early which was great, however the staff and service at the restaurant was just terrible overall, so I’ll leave it at that. Overall the hotel is showing its age and is obviously due for an upgrade/ refresh. Definitely not up to “Sheraton” standards that’s for sure. It’s definitely not the same Hotel Newfoundland it used to be that’s for sure."

"The Manor is well kept. The breakfast was nice, there was cereal, bread, bagels, croissants, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, coffee, tea, juices. Served in a cozy kitchen that sat 13 people..a great opportunity to meet people and chat. There was always someone there on staff to ensure the breakfast was was stocked and answer questions. We met Brenda (owner) and had a great chat. (Fellow hockey parents😊) Our room was the Twillingate on the 3rd floor (lots of steps)...

"Super friendly staff and well located to use the local Metrobus system.
Pub food is ok for a couple of days but we really missed our daily veggies and fruits so we just went to other restaurants close by.
The room cleaning staff forgot to change our wet towels 2 or 3 times but we could easily resolve this directly with the receptionist.
