"This was my first time going to Mexico, and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The food was so good - so good in fact that I didn't even venture into town to try the local food. Amazing staff, clean rooms, very friendly. It's going to be difficult for me to go to any other resort other than this one"

"A nice clean room, friendly and timely service. The breakfast was a nice touch. Fruit, toast, coffee, freshly squeezed OJ with eggs. 😊 A 5-15 minute drive to La Playa en Bucerías. "

"Fun pools. My kids loved the little pool with the slide. The rooms are big but a little outdated. Staff was overall good. The main issue is the food. It is terrible and we ate out sometimes to avoid the food. No poolside snacks which is hard with little kids/ it’s nice to sit on your lounge chair and be able to order food. The pool drinks were good and the bartenders were really nice. We had a nice time but the food is a major issue."
