"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice. The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also lacking. My upgrade request was brushed off without even checking availability which felt dismissive. Overall, not worth the price. You are better off spending a bit more for a place with better service, friendlier staff, and much nicer rooms."

"The staff was great, the room was so comfortable, and the location was fantastic. The biggest frustration was that on Hotels.com it was listed that this property has a hotel shuttle to the airport. This is why I booked there. It does not- NO HOTEL SHUTTLE! The staff was great and helped us figure out a different route, but again, it wasn’t as advertised. This is a known problem, so why hasn’t it been corrected?"

"I think the “boutique hotel” description is a bit of a stretch. This is a rehabbed hotel or building with small rooms and just ok furnishings. I felt we overpaid for what we got"

"Never staying here again. The mattress are super old and extremely uncomfortable and noisy. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels. One of the worse nights sleep. Also bed are not queens they are fulls , Bathroom rooms have no vent and are rusty and old. Only good thing here as the water pressure. Pay alittle extra and stay elsewhere"
