"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"I absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time to Boston and we went to the TD Garden literally right next-door. Everything down to the check-in and the amenities were great. My only complaint is that you have to turn on your lights with a remote control and that was a little tricky at times because we sometimes just wanted the bathroom light on, but it would turn everything else on. "This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"So helpful the lady at the front desk was checking in , she gave me an umbrella to use the next day for the heavy rain. And 2 bottles of water. Felt safe staying here for my solo travel and everything was clean ! All hotel workers were nice and friendly . I loved my stay at hotel aka !!"
