First of all, the hotel building itself is a piece of history almost 500 years. Second, unbeatable location, able to walk to all major historical landmarks easily. It is a very safe hood. There are plenty of restaurants around, next door to a grocery store. Hotel staff are very friendly.

The location is outstanding. We had beautiful views of the city, including three snow-capped volcanoes, from the upstairs balcony. The staff was so warm and welcoming.
