"The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. "

"We booked a room. The toilet handle was broken and did not flush. The curtain rod fell everytime you opened the curtains as there were no end caps to keep it in place. The air conditioner leaked and we found a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door when we first arrived."

"The Shorewood “Inn” is an old worn out Motel. Tiny box of a room with coils in the bed that squeak. AC unit was so loud. Air was stale and smelled. Nothing seemed clean. Wondered when was the last time the AC filter was changed. Bathroom and tiny shower can only be described as “icky”. Do not make your reservation here."

"We loved the room, the easy check-in and check-out process and the location of the hotel. The room was clean and tasteful, with everything you needed. Our coffee machine didn’t work, and the shower light was out but we weren’t inconvenienced so we didn’t mind. We’ll definitely return again on our next trip to Hampton Bays!"

"My sister and best friend and I had an absolutely marvelous weekend trip at Baywatch Hotel and Marina. It is a 1.5 mile walk to the beach, but free admission to the beach if you’re going by foot (if in car is $20 for parking pass I believe). The pool at the hotel was really lovely and it was nice to have options to sit outside for meals at picnic tables and to have a BBQ also available.
