"Location and the room size were good, but the rooms were not as advertised. The beds are hard, towels and sheets are thin, and no toiletries included. The place provided hair and body wash but they were terrible products. No shower curtains - this made for a giant mess in the bathrooms after showers. Extra towels needed to be requested but the towels were so small and thin. Would never stay here again unless you bring all your own amenities.
Also! On the last night, a giant cockroach ran...

직원분들도 친절했고 리조트 자체 어플 사용으로 정보를 확인하거나 주문 등을 할 수 있어서 좋았어요 풀빌라 수영장도 좋았고 메인풀도 좋았습니 다 객실 깨끗하고 좋아요 대신 꾸이년 시내랑은 좀 멀어요! 그래도 리조트 안에서 쉬는 거 좋았습니다"

"This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay."
