"Love it here, been many times, approx 10! Unit is old and tired and corridors can be split level which can be difficult but there's always help.... Room is great, one of my personal favourites, been in it before... There is a process of building improvement in place and being acted on which is great to see... Price is exceptional, bar and staff excellent try it, you won't be disappointed, total thumbs up from me and I look forward to my next visit👍"

"The grounds are beautiful and breakfasts are fresh and tasty. Jill thoughtfully prepared lovely takeout breakfasts for me on the days that I had to leave before the regular breakfast time. Much appreciation to Andrew for taking me to the Conwy Railway Station when my departure time was earlier than the taxi drivers’ starting time. Highly recommended."

"Super central location within Conwy. Onsite parking available. Room was spacious and we equipped and well maintained and decorated. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ate at the Erskine Arms for the evening meal and breakfast the following morning. It was delicious and the staff once again were great. The elephant in the room is the church next to the accommodation. The clock chimes every 15mins 24hrs a day. Sleeping is virtually impossible and as a result I would not stay there again without ear plugs. Such a shame as the visit would have been prefect."
