"Excellent location for visiting IWM Duxford and only 10 minutes on the train to Cambridge. Janet and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were really good with options for all tastes. Would stay again without hesitation."

"Solid and good hyatt in an interesting new university town development. A small but good selection of shops, bars, and pizza in the square nearby, along with the hotels own bar/restaurant. Great shuttle bus to town and close to the park and ride, makes it a great place to stay and relax. Presented good value for money on accomdation, didn't eat there. Handy fridge in room helped too. "

"I stayed at Turing Locke Cambridge from 22–25 April 2026, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing—especially as this stay coincided with my birthday. On arrival, we were given a room that was clearly not fit for use. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell and the sink would not drain, making it feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. "The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast (best croissants I have tasted in a long time), and they provided bags etc. for grab-and-go. Basic amenities were provided for self catering - I would recommend that the hotel replace the coffee table in the room with a small dining or bistro table."

We were told check-in was at 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready, and we ended up waiting in reception for nearly an hour. We didn’t get into our room until after 5pm, which delayed our plans for the evening."

Attempted to go to the bar which is in the basement, it was unattended so ended up leaving and going to a bar down the road. Overall stay was okay, no issues but would not come back."
