Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Frühstücksraum war eine Zumutung. Viele Ameisen waren af dem Boden unterwegs. Zudem war der Boden sehr verdreckt. An der Wand lag noch Müll, wahrscheinlich von der letzten Veranstaltung. Als ich eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Rezeption eigentlich nie besetzt ist und er wäre kein Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Einziger Weg an eine Rechnung zu kommen ist das Hotel nach der Reise schriftlich zu kontaktieren und eine Rechnung anzufragen. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber sehr schön, direkt an der Thaya, mit Blick auf die Burg.

Schöne Lage in der Altstadt und direkt an der Thaya. Für den Preis sehr in Ordnung.
