Bon rapport qualité-prix

Jolie chambre et salle de bain. Lit très confortable. Hôtel très bien situé, près de restaurants et du tramway. Personnel accueillant mais non-disponible avant 9h, ce qui s'avère peu pratique pour effectuer le check-out. Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel.

This hotel is located at a quiet, residential area and is easy to access with metro. While it was clean, the staff was nowhere to be found most of the day Sunday, with guests waiting with their luggages for hours. The towels were old and grey, I had to ask three times to get a second set (if I could find the receptionist). It is more like a student hostel than a hotel. Seems like converted from an apartment, not worth the $$

Brand new apartments with wonderful staff

I am almost certain we were possibly the 1st guests to stay at this property. Really nice design and a great location. As with all newly opened apartments/hotels, there are bound to be a few issues(power cut out and wifi was hit and miss at the beginning) yet I would happily recommend this place to anyone. The staff were truly amazing and so warm and friendly. You guys are the definition of exceptional customer service. Wish you all the best

Good place, staff difficult to find

This was a pretty good place to stay in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The only real issue I had was reception staff not being available for long periods of time. Throughout my stay, my room key kept deactivating. Each time, I’d have to go downstairs to reception to get it reactivated. 2/3 times there was no one to be found. I had to wait for a combined few hours until someone showed up at the desk. I also called the hotel number, but the number was the front desk phone and no one was there to answer it. This was a little frustrating as it happened more than once, and the hotel said there would be someone available always from 9am-midnight.

I added an extra day to my stay and had a very good experience with the housekeeping team. The cleaning staff were professional, hardworking, and very attentive. My room was clean, well prepared, and comfortable when I arrived. I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the quality of the rooms and making sure guests have a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is often a behind-the-scenes job, but their work makes a big difference in the overall experience. Thank you to the cleaning staff for your dedication and for taking pride in your work.

I had previously stayed at this hotel and chose to book it again because my first experience was acceptable. During my first stay, the suite itself was nice, although check-in was delayed until around 4:30 PM because the room was still being cleaned. While waiting, I observed how the staff handled a difficult situation with another guest who was loudly arguing, claiming he had extended his stay in two suites, and threatening to call the police. Several of us were quietly waiting for our rooms, including a medical student and a family of three, while the most aggressive guest appeared to receive immediate attention. At the time, I noted that guests who create conflict seemed to get priority over those who were simply waiting patiently. Because I had stayed at this hotel before, I trusted the property enough to book again. That is why my second experience was especially disappointing and concerning.

I booked a suite through Expedia because I wanted this specific hotel and its location. When I arrived shortly after the 3:00 PM check-in, I was told my room had an issue and I was being moved to another property. Two other guests checked in normally. I was told they had tried to contact me, but the only Expedia message I received was sent at 3:20 PM after check-in had already started and after I had arrived. The employee drove me to the new property. My live location was already being shared with people in the U.S., but the situation quickly became concerning. Although he claimed to know the location, he got lost, made several calls, and had to ask for directions. I had stayed at this hotel the week before and had never seen him before. The replacement property was nothing like the hotel I booked. The room code didn't work, the door was unlocked, and there was food left in the refrigerator. Even taxi drivers couldn't find the location and questioned why I was staying there. That night there was loud music, dancing, and a steady stream of women and men coming and going from the room next to mine. Based on what I personally observed, I was left with the impression that the property was being used for commercial sex. Regardless, I felt extremely unsafe traveling alone. At 3:00 AM I left with my luggage because I no longer felt safe. Even the taxi driver struggled to find the property and told me I was not the first traveler he had picked up in the middle of the night from a sus
