"Notre séjour au Yeouda a été tout simplement parfait. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et professionnalisme par le personnel, toujours disponible et souriant. "The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you’re family. They were quick to respond when there was an issue with the heat in my room. The hotel is beautiful. The main floor is antique like the old city there is a lot of room to enjoy company or reading. The rooms on the upper floors are modern and very comfortable. My room had a great view of walls at the Jaffa Gate and the Tower of David. I highly recommend the Gloria Hotel "

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially Mary at the front desk in the morning and the guy in the evening (forgot his name, I think his name starts with F). Good buffet breakfast and the people that worked in the restaurant were also friendly. Also Samuel, who runs the gift shop, was great. Location is very convenient for public transportation and right where the Jerusalem Central Railway station is located. Thanks to everyone there that made my stay pleasant."
