"I chose the hotel as I wanted easy access to the train station and by that standard it was 100%. The check in was super easy. There were A LOT of information mentioned during the check in so it might be better to have them displayed in the rooms or something. The room itself was modern, clean and good- sized. I liked there was plenty of room to open a suitcase and the bathroom was on the cozy side, making more room for the "living" area. It was cleaned well each day. Although the hotel was surrounded by quite busy streets the room was quiet and peaceful. You could open the window to get some fresh air too. I enjoyed the water filtering machine provided instead of bottled water. The coffee machine was Nespresso. The fridge was cool enough to keep things fresh. The toiletries were from Kevin Murphy Hydrate- Me range. Hand/body wash and lotion by the basin and shampoo, conditioner and another hand/body wash in the shower. There were no other toiletries provided. The water pressure and temperature were fine. The hotel is about 5min walk from the gates to the Old Town so very convenient. There are plenty of tram and bus stops around the hotel if you need to explore farther out. The staff were the rare type of people I encountered in Poland who smiled so that was nice. Definitely nothing to complain and I'll recommend it to others who travel to Krakow."

"Everything. No reception. If you come before your check in- you even can't come in. The door is close. No way even to have a seat and wait for the check in. My mom stayed outside!!! On the web site of expedia.ca no explanation about it. Like 20 minutes before check in you get a text message with a code for intercom and a special code for a box to pick up your room key. But again no explanation about this procedure on the website . So if you arrive before your check in you stayed outside. My mom arrived like 2 hours before tried to contact them- no answer. Tried to come in -close. No way even to leave a luggage like we use to do in other hotels.... She left them and found a hotel near by and got a perfect welcome and service. I would like the expedia.ca will contact me for an explanations and a full refund."
