"Beautiful hotel with lots of quirky features. Our room was spotlessly clean and the Molton Brown toiletries were a really nice touch. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great central location just off of Market Square so ideal for exploring the city. There are lots of restaurants nearby and Wawel Castle is just down the road. I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"Hotel, location, staff all excellent staff. We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, but that was just personal preference and nothing to do with the selection on offer. Special shout to Vladis-Lav, who was on reception in the evening, so very helpful. Also I would recomend the pick up/drop off car service to the the airport"

"Nice location, close enough from Centrum 3.5 km but away from city centre. A taxi to centrum should 30-50 zlt depending on the driver. Nice restaurants in the area. Good place to stay"
