"The property was nice. Ocean front, indoor pool and outdoor games. The walk to the ocean was very long from our room. Too long. We had to drive to another place to enjoy the beach. It would be fine for most people, but my mother and I both have health issues and it was just too far for us to walk even with the wood boardwalk. The bathroom had a little mold on the shower curtain, not a fan of that, but otherwise clean. The price was good. Location was good. I would stay at the same property just something closer to the beach. We were in bldg K at the front of the property. So there was not a view and a long, walk if you medically can’t walk far. The outdoor pool was not open, my fault for not checking, but we took grandkids in spring break, and the pool was a huge sell for us. By the time I found out it was really too late to get another place at such a good price. The pool area was beautiful. Just not open. I think they should open earlier in the year. Overall good."

"Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Our room refrigerator had leftover melted ice cream in the freezer which is still there by the way, we left it. We had a very sticky rusted trash can in the area to use.The fold out couch was very uncomfortable to use and we had to ask for sheets and pillows and make it ourselves to use it. Room wasnt cleaned our first morning even though we left before 11am. Came back to a dirty room with no clean towels but when I asked for clean towels someone brought them. I expected better than this although the staff at the desk were very helpful. They need new maids or interested ones in cleaning. "

"Property was clean and organized. No excess lobby clutter. Great view of the water. Was pleased to hear breakfast was going to be delivered to the room. Until it came. I understand that it is a hotel kitchen, but that was probably the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had. If there is something to improve it wokld be that. But would definitely stay again. Just would eat breakfast elsewhere. "
