Cons: no electrical outlet in the bathroom and was I was not given the room I paid for but I thought I had negotiated a mutually acceptable lower rate with management. "We had a great stay. Walkable to South Bank area with lots of restaurants, ferry, museum and walking paths. Hotel staff were wonderful. Would stay again "

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "

"We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)"

"We have stayed here twice. It is clean, has what we need, is roomy, laundry facilities available, and convenient to food, supermarket, and shops. It is also very convenient to where we want to go. It is getting a bit dated, and on the main road, but it suits us down to the ground."
