Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. Was told by one member of staff that they had a sauna that was open same time as the pool, but on the first time of trying to...
