"Hour late for wakeup call. Argumentative front desk clerk. Overcharged. Was supposed to be 143. O0. They charged 153.00. Never again. And entire building smelled like smoke"

"Room was good. Only booked to sleep for the night and the bed was comfortable. Upon booking it says buffet breakfast but all there was, was waffle maker dry cereal toast bagels muffins instant oatmeal hard boiled eggs , coffee and juices. I guess it was set up like a buffet but not what I’m use too or was expecting. Room was clean too"

"The lobby has dried mud all over. The first room they gave us smelled like teenage boy locker room. The second room was clean. The bathroom ceiling had black on it though. Refused to shower in it. Breakfast was passable at best. There isn’t many choices to stay in Point Pleasant that’s why it got a 3. Otherwise it would have been lower."
