"Expedia advertised the room with breakfast being available for a fee. Because of that, we didn't have breakfast at their restaurant. When were checking out, we were told that breakfast was included with the room. Your information was incorrect and we should have been informed at check-in that breakfast was included with the room. We feel that this omission warrants an adjustment to our room fee. This was very disappointing to us."

"Decent hotel. Our room was stinky but after an 8 hour drive we didn’t want to deal with moving. Our room was right next to elevators and very loud late night with kids playing and adults coming in after some sort of partying. The air quality alerts forced us to run inside on treadmill which was sweltering with no fans, not good for 5 mile run. We also did not know breakfast was offered as it was located down 2 halls and tucked away in a room."

"The lobby was cold. The woman behind the desk was wearing a coat,even though it was 90 outside. The room was ok size wise, but the furniture was worn. The mattress was terrible. I woke up every morning with a back ache. The breakfast was terrible. The turkey sausage patties they served were what I imagine dog food would taste like if you sliced it and fried it.
