"I arrived LATE-was apprx 9-9:30pm? And being a lone female traveler,I was made to feel welcome and Safe-when the Night Mgr and CHEF/BOTH invited me to come 'IN' to Wait INSIDE BAR/even tho it was already CLOSED for the night😊 And they STAYED there With me- until i finished checking 'IN on phn with Ceasar-the person to REMOTELY 'Check me 'IN, and I"d Received the CODE for Front Gate😜
Then they made sure i SAFELY Got 'IN' To my room And then Left. And I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to see HOW...

"No Bell service, no vallet service.
They ignored my payment trough Expedia and charged me 2 times more. What is going on????
they charged me extra $300 returnable fee on top of deposit because I got the reservation trough a 3rd party, YOU

"Amazing property loved how clean property was and the unit was so trendy and accommodating. Everything you would need also attention to detail offering an espresso machine with pods. Champagne glasses love this property housekeeping amazing and pool immaculate."

"The pool was very dirty that we couldnt swim.
The towels and bedshits was very old that were seems they are being used for more than 10 years.
The electric had problem that when we wanted to use the hair dryer the lights were going outage and after 5:00 pm there weren't any staf to help us to fix the problem.
We had kids and seniors with us and I asked them if we can check out just hour later but they didn't accept it."
