Only few things I felt could be improved which was towels quality and amenities. it was so basic like a 2 star types. Other than that everything was good as its a newly opened hotel they are doing great job. "

"Some staff friendly, tried best to help with issues. Location is good as can walk to local places easily. Room relatively clean, however dropping item that went under bed, room needs heavy dusting as there is carpet of dust that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. "

"The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. The room and property were good but the stay experience was terrible. They need to improve on their staff so they don’t behave as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay in the property."
