"Thank you to Sabrina the duty manager for responding to the issues we experienced positively and for taking ownership of them. She was a credit to the hotel, worked hard and clearly cared about the guest experience. Sabrina was also thoughtful as she knows the other issues we experienced (nothing to do with the hotel) following a recent visit to Mexico.

"The hotel has a very well regarded restaurant but if you are planning a last minute stay at the hotel you will not be able to dine in the hotel the hotel will offer you sandwiches in your room we checked in at 3pm we was not told this at the time when we called reception at 18:30 we was told they had no availability in any restaurants on site and offered us to choose from in room dining I would advise the hotel to explain this at time of booking or as you are checking in take a dinner...
