"Just skip this place. Its not a family friendly environment. It's located in a very sketchy part of town. I left as soon as I checked in. I did not feel safe. Dirty sheets, a vial of used I don't know what, questionable people and acts occurring on and around the property...nobody cared. "

"The male manager (I believe his name is Charles) is very nice and friendly! Both times I've been here though, the front desk didn't give me their little instructions sheet on what was expected. The second time, I knew what to do; but the first time, I had to be told that I have to bring the garbage to the dumpster myself. I obviously didn't mind, but I wasn't given any information until I later spoke with the manager who provided me with the proper information. The pots and pans are also very tiny for somewhere that is supposed to be a "hone away from home." I could barely make a small meal for my boyfriend and I with the provided kitchen equipment. The fitted sheet also falls off the bed too easily, which was a slight bother to have to redo everyday. Unless, it is purchased as a deal, I personally believe the stay is quite expensive for the service you receive. Other than that though, the place is very nice. The location is pretty quiet and only minutes to Fort Bragg, which was amazing for days my boyfriend had to go in to work. I would give other interested hotel stayers the advice to ask for the information sheet upon arrival but otherwise, I would very much recommend this place! Had a great week stay both times I went!"

"Room was nasty, there was spilled coffee stains on the walls, bugs in the shower, the hotel asked for a deposit, then proceeded to re-charge my card for the entire booking AS well as the deposit, when asked how they would compensate for the plans I had to cancel due to their mistake (which was the entire reason we travelled there) they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through a 3rd party"

"This is my fourth time staying at this location, it is starting to look very used. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out, but it could use a little TLC. Breakfast was average, not enough fruit was put out, the addition of the coffee machines was a great new item. My room was clean, carpet in the room not so much. Parking is always easy at this location."

"Staff was amazing - lobby, restaurant and room(except the grumpy bar tender guy). Room was clean, but things in the bathroom were broken (sink and mirror). Breakfast selection was great and the flavor was (3 out of 5). Bed was very comfy and when the peple above us were crazy slamming (mma wrestling?) for an HOUR, they actually went to the room and it stopped. Honestly i think it is the very best place in the whole city. We would stay there again and ask for the top floor. "
