"Kitchen was well stocked its a shame that others staying didnt clean there dishes and left them.dirty in the sunk rm 10/11"

"There is no such building called the Picton waterfront apartments. The building is actually called the Oxley rock Apartments. There is nice signage or any indication anywhere that we are at the Picton waterfront apartments. This created total confusion and frustration whilst we walk outside in heavy rain with our luggage paper in hand trying to figure it out. Very poor experience. Phone calls and email went unanswered. "An awesome location, easy walk into Picton to see sights, shop, eat etc. It is a shame that the panoramic harbour view shown on Expedia for my room did not match reality, the images online had clearly been taken for the floor above. Additionally, I paid for a room with a washer/dryer yet there was no washer/dryer in the room. I was offered the use, at my cost of the laundry facilities in the open garage area."
