"We had a nice stay although experienced some hiccups initially including their main restaurant being outside their main bldg was not convenient to steer around with my senior mom. Staff at the front door, buffet restaurant, housekeeping/ cleaning were super helpful. Given a five star expectation was more."

Anyone else would have understood it was no fault of mine I want there. And no one was going to be coming in either so the hotel would have been empty to have no regard for the disaster happening to flights around the country was ridiculous and in extremely poor taste! "
