This was a nightmare of a stay at this Mayfair resort and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This is 40 mins outdooe the city of Raipur and the hotel Is dated and staff useless and there is no courtsey or professionalism. The staff members do not respond, their manager Sudip has poor communications. We got the number for Sudip through Sanjeevni hospital and Sudip only confirmed that yes we had 1 executive room and 2 standard rooms. I specially requested to have the rooms nearby and connected .. he never responded. On the day of checkin we go to the main door and were told to go to gate number 3. We go there and we were told about the rooms not being nearby and also not having connected rooms. Why was this not told earlier or else we would not come here. Hotel rooms don’t have ironing board or iron. Hair dryer doesn’t work. Power outages and they don’t even offer proper bottled water ( they fill water in their own bottles). Internet doesn’t work well and only 2 devices for internet and then it doesn’t switch if have iPhone or macbook. Front staff doesn’t have any customer service skills. Breakfast area very far from the hotel. Very old and dated building so would not recommend this place to anyone.

Totally disappointed because of terrible room service. Even the quality of food is questionable since 2 family were sick after having dinner. Would never stay again. The front desk assured that a manager will meet next day before checkout to take a note of the concerns and issues but no one showed up.
