Apt is a typical good apartment with everything you need. Best was just the communication with the driver and host. Makes it so nice and easy."

"The hotel has a bar club which is very noisy until midnight. I cannot believe it happens that a 5stars hotel don’t give a quiet circumstance so that their client is able to sleep. When I ask for helps, the staff say they can do nothing. It is absolutely the worst and terrible I have ever seen in all my hotel experience. Even worse than any motel."

Just be aware that the hotel is inside a residential building. So, don’t be surprised when you arrive. It’s not specifically marked. Be sure to have the address handy. The older woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and claimed she could not find our reservation under my name. Even after I clearly showed her the confirmed reservation on my phone, she refused to acknowledge it and acted as though the situation was entirely our problem, seeming fully prepared to turn us...
