Although, it seems as if the agent was not bothered by the marijuana smell, I am sure that was not the case. It is very hard to track any type of smoking within the building until day of departure, sadly there is not much that can be done there. We do have signs posted throughout our building letting guests know that we are a NON-smoking hotel however, most times our requests are ignored. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would only hope that you would stay with us again in the future to prove to you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception. All concerns have been addressed and repaired by the maintenance team; we are unsure of the smell referenced, as we didn't smell anything but will definitely stay alert to such. We definitely wish that these concerns were brought to the attention of the FD so, that a room move could've been given or other accommodations made. We never want any guests to feel uncomfortable or placed in a room not to their liking. I want to apologize again for your experience and hope that you would give us the opportunity to serve you again in the future because as you know this unsatisfactory stay was an exception.
