My husband and I had a very pleasant stay in University Inn Durham. The bed was comfortable, the chair and leg rest were a nice touch. Everything was clean and the air conditioner was whisper quiet throughout the night.

Kitchen was empty Not a single amenity available Only 2 towels for room of 4. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty and never was refilled despite room cleaning. No coffee machines in room. Loud noise in corridor and sound transmit a lot from adjacent rooms. Shuttle service was plus but only on weekdays. Overall ok and quiet place.

The staff was wonderful!!! Everyone i meant was so pleasant. My room was always clean. Having coffee always available was nice too. The little shopping store was really nice that they had for my mothers late night snack. And having coffee always available was wonderful too.

I had a wonderful room with a king sized bed. The room was spacious and ver clean. The heat worked well. It was also very close to the VA hospital where I was seeing my brother.
