"When we woke up on the morning of our one-night stay, the power was off in all the rooms...the common areas had power (even the elevators, thankfully). However, the breakfast was not able to be provided. I felt that some kind of compensation was due as breakfast being included is an amenity we seek when selecting a hotel."

"Incase nobody tells you, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING! Nobody told me and now I have parking tickets to pay. I pay for the room and amenities but apparently parking is not one of them. The room was sub par and kind of dirty. You can tell they don’t clean with doors shut because behind them was lint, hair and crumbs from the previous clients. The shower also had hair all over the walls. It was an act of congress to get anything cleaned, fresh towels or a properly working AC."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area around **9:30 a.m.**, and there was very little food available. It would have been nice if the breakfast items had been restocked through the end of the breakfast service so that guests arriving later could still enjoy...

"Room was spacious, clean, and comfy. It’s an older property but well maintained. Fun amenities within walking distance like the bowlero but it can be a little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot due to the location."
