The staff was very kind at check in. We had a wonderful time. We came in for a concert. The parking garage was difficult to navigate with pricing. But this is not affiliate with the hotel. We highly recommend that you stay here.

I stayed here for a corporate visit, upon arrival the 1st floor elevator smelled like cigarette smoke and the whole third floor did too. I expressed my concern to the staff, the FeBreezed the areas which didn't eliminate the smell but definitely helped. The internet was fine, the work space is alright, ...

Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station
This is a new, fresh, clean hotel in a revitalized area of new apartments and restaurants. The concept is a very good design- lovely bathroom and comfortable furnishings. Easy ride share pick up and drop off. Only stayed for one evening but would do so again.
