"This place is absolutely remarkable with a staff that takes it up a level. Mgmt. team Heidi and Michelle were excellent and always upbeat. Andres our guide did his absolute best to track everyone of the big five even in the rainy weather. Even with rainy weather for 3 of our 4 days we got to see 4 of the 5."

"place is not identifiable and have worse service. Was unable to check in. Called the owner who kept me hold and told me to call him back on 30 minutes whilst I arrived in the vicinity and looking to get to the place. Horrible experience "

"The room we were in had 4 burned out lite bulbs and a leaking toilet. When we brought this to their attention, 1 lite bulb was replaced, and the toilet not fixed while we were there. The food choices were limited and repetitive, and the flavors bland. Lots of wildlife, and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. "

"This lodge is exceptional. The staff here make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The game drives are well organized and incredibly eye-opening. I couldn’t recommend this place more. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and it is now near the top of our most memorable experiences. I have to commend one person in particular however. If you get a guide named Petrus, you will not only get a knowledgeable and passionate guide, but you will also spend time with an exceptional human. From his commitment to customer service, to his willingness to connect on a personal level with his guests. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for making every game drive feel like the best experience. "
