"This is a very nice resort and the spa area is excellent. Also the suites on the new building are really nice and comfortable however, there are a lot of minus point that I never saw before: 1. Half Board: if you are looking into breakfast and dinner, please take into account that the buffet is getting smaller and smaller, they do not replace the food, they simply downsize the buffet, I never saw this before but the difference between 8:30 am and 9:30 is Terrible! also during dinner, make sure...

"Room was very clean but small and limited storage space "

"Nice welcome. Easy and wonderfully clean."

"Jättebra personalen Hjälpsamma"

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

"Dit was onze tweede keer in dit hotel. En het blijft een vaste waarde. Alles was prima. Wij zullen zeker terug komen."

"Travelling along the Inn river cycle path on our bike on the R3. This hotel provided a convenient quiet location, comfortable bed and a great breakfast not far from the route"

"Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Pool- und Saunalandschaft, schöne Zimmer, leider etwas sehr hellhörig. "
