Positive and negative about crystal hill hotel

I've booked 2 days in crystal hill hotel. The first day the TV is not working the hotel towel is not clean as well. There were bugs and some insects in our room and the glasses they provide also not clean. The good point about this hotel is they provide water heater and a wonderful view from our balcony and the heater from our bathroom worked well for the first day.........The second day we actually frustrated and decided to move other place Caz in the morning 6am heater doesn't working and we forced to bath in cold water in the early morning. But we can stay there for the nature and the view. Overall the hotel gave a great experience.

5 Stars View with rundown facilities

On 1st night, the first room was rundown. The bed was very bad condition like sleeping on the wire frame, toilet was not clean and without any toilet paper. 3 person checked in a 2xdouble bedroom, but only 2 towels and 2 soap provided. Dirty stain were everywhere on the curtain, bed sheets and wall. Bugs and big fat mosquito is full and biting my kids (at 4am, I had kills more than 15 of them). On 2nd day, asking for change room however was rejected at once due to we already checked in on the room, cannot be changed. After much discussion, finally they changed us to next room which is much better in condition. Self prepared mosquito repellence and expected same soap quantity. Can sleep better. Despite of the room condition, the view is outstanding 5 stars. You have180 degree view of Mount Kinabalu and Kundasang town.

View is perfect. but i will not recommend this place if it is for comfort. The house keeping didnt change the bed sheet. They use back the ones customer use before. Room is not like in the picture i saw. Shower also broken. condition 5/10. if u stay for the view definitely recommended

Most horrible stay

This is the most horrible stay so far in my life. the washroom was dirty, moldy; the curtain and the sofa cushion were also moldy. The room was stuffy, no fan was provided, with the windows open, it would be too cold. No slippers were provided in the wet toilet, shower head was not functioning well. We ordered breakfast to be available at 7a.m. as we need to rush for the hike, it didn't arrive till 7:15a.m.

Bilik yg kami dapat ok. Cuma kebersihan bilik x ok. Tambahan nak buat air panas pun x dpt. Apabila ptg ada panas sedikit. Kipas mmg x ada. Malam mmg sejuk giler. Selimut n cadar x bersih. Staff ok. Pemandangan mmg cantik.. Cuma kena hati2.terutama faktor keselamatan keluarga Dan juga barang-barangan yg dibawa. X tahu nak taip apa lagi. Too Far Away from the Main Road

The hotel located quite a distant away from the main road. We have to drive 1km plus on dirt road. The condition of the hotel is poor and have poor sound proof system. No restaurant,..and it require us to travel to get our meals.
