"We arrived about 3:30 and they stated the room wasn't ready. They did give us a pool key if we wanted to swim but we didn't and waited. Went back at 4 (normal check in time). Room wasn't ready and they would text us. 4:30 and received a text that room was ready. Front desk was kind and provided information about resort grounds. Our two bedroom/two bathroom villa was perfect our family size (4 adults and 2 children). Very spacious, has washed/dryer with complementary laundry soap/fabric softener...

"The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family vacation. The location was safe, near restaurants and shopping, and close to San Diego Zoo Safari Park. An outdoor pool and grills were available (although we didn't use them). Booking on Hotels.com was easy. Check-in was simple. The staff was kind. And the room was as described, spacious, clean and comfortable. Would stay with Sonesta again. "

"Beautiful renovated building. Very clean and modern room walkable to Mac Donald’s tacos Del rio it’s a Birria place literally on the corner open 24/7. Also there’s a Starbucks. Definitely recommend to go back there close to many places like shops and restaurants. Very nice workers and great continental breakfast "

"I stayed here for two nights. The pros: - The room was clean. - The staff were friendly. - Melanie was able to accommodate me with an early check in. (1:30pm) - Location was great as it was close to where I needed to be and also not too far from San Diego. The cons: - no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk on each day and they mentioned they would need to find one but unfortunately after 2 nights I still did not receive a hair dryer - the lobby area and walkways have shown...
