"This is an old boutique hotel. Had to ask for a bellman, ice and our car from the valet several times before they responded. The breakfast burrito from room service was good. Maid service was good. The pool is just ok. The rooms are very noisy. Couldn’t sleep because of road noise, light in the room, frig running and could hear the neighbors in there room, opening there door and walking up and down the stairs. No elevators. The bed was comfortable."

"The lake was the highlight. The staff at the front desk were not the best honestly. The manager Sarah was not skilled at guest relations. She was defensive and arrogant. Her only aim was to get the last word in. She did not listen well nor was she able to put herself in the guests shoes. In short she did not have the skill set for dealing with guests.
