"This was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is the lack of housekeeping. Zero housekeeping during a six night stay. Nothing in the room to help keep it tidy either. No broom and dust pan, no dish towels or sponge. Not that I want to be cleaning while on vacation, that is why I choose hotels over rental homes. When we finally caved and asked for clean sheets and towels we were told that they couldn’t do it because they needed 24 hours notice. The staff were kind and friendly but seemed stressed out. Maybe they need more employees. Definitely more cleaning staff. The elevator floor had something spilled on it and was sticky for the last three days. The laundry room needed a good vacuum. The hall carpets started out clean and smelling fresh but by the end of our stay they looked very dirty. Other than that, it was a great stay. Note to Management - get the hotel more staff so they can properly maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities."
