"Very convenient to Disneyland. The only things that needed improvement are that the outlets next to the sink did not work and when we ran out of Kleenex, it wasn’t replaced. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We even got a surprise when coming back one night. A goody bag and balloons were left by the staff for my 7 year old niece, which was very thoughtful and appreciated."

"Room was clean. Service was fast. They list an LAX shuttle as a free amenity when it certainly is NOT FREE. The shuttle also does NOT take cash. Almost left me stranded at the hotel with no way to the airport. Managers are rude, staff is fed up and area is excessively not safe. Would book a nicer hotel if im ever forced to stay in LA again. "

"I stayed at this hotel for less than 24 hours and unfortunately several issues affected the experience. Our room was not ready at check-in time, and we were pressured into accepting a ‘king’ room even though we reserved two queens. The bed in the room we received appeared to be a queen, not a king as stated. The hot tub — one of the main amenities we booked the hotel for — was only 83°, which is far below hot tub temperature. On top of that, around eight children were occupying the space with pool noodles and food while parents and staff did nothing to enforce the posted rules. The environment made it impossible to relax or use the amenity as intended. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s amenities or reservation."
