"The hotel staff provided exceptional service. Two gentlemen from the lobby kindly assisted us when our vehicle failed to start, offering a jump-start. Their generosity ensured we were able to attend our scheduled concert that evening. "
"Staying at this hotel was a home run. It is conveniently located next to a T stop. It is walking distance to the Aquarium and harbor as well as Quincy Market. There is a good restaurant on premises and a nice selection of eateries nearby. The beds were comfortable and the staff to a person was friendly and efficient. I'm just sorry I have to give this such a good rating because I don't want it to become so popular that I can't stay here next time I'm in Boston!!!"
