Well it was a place to stay. So expensive for what it was. We stayed two nights and saw a few guests struggle with check-in but the upstairs hang out spot was nice.

The property is in a very nice location, but it was kind of hard to get hold of personal at the property or even on the phone. Without the help from Expedia , we would never be able to get into our rooms.

Kamer met 2 bedden geboekt. Bij aankomst 1 klein tweepersoons bed tegen de muur. Drie keer geprobeerd te bellen om het op te lossen, maar er is geen receptie en het beschikbare nummer wordt niet opgenomen. Voordeur schuift over de grond en maakt veel lawaai en het is erg gehorig. Lastig als mensen nog laat binnenkomen of erg vroeg weggaan. De afwerking in de kamer zelf laat ook behoorlijk te wensen over. Wel was het schoon.

I could not contact staff, I got key code by email. The door lock was working too hard, Smell inside room. etc.... stairs to 2nd floor public kitchen is so stiff, so small and so dangerous..

The check-in process was horrendous. Many other customers for the same property and other properties near by bittrely complaint about the check-in process and no help. Common facilities are poorly equipped for reasonable use (kitchen stuff). Room heating was set at a high level, and there were no instructions to adjust the room temp. Overall a very poor experience.

This property was disgusting, the bathroom smelled like horrible cat piss, we had to remove the shower curtain and put it in the lobby, we had issues with our room and we could never get in contact with anyone, don't stay here! They list two different phone numbers in the lobby because there's nobody actually on site but yet nobody ever answered those phones for at least 36 hours I tried calling. This is a horrible property don't give them your money!!!!

We stayed for one night during our Ring road trip. It was a convenient location and we had a good night sleep in the guesthouse. The only downside is the showers are extremely small and difficult for an adult to fit into. But the beds were comfortable and the common room upstairs was well equipped, so no major complaints for the price.

Dust under the bed- and a dead bug by the window- you can only call at 4 pm and that’s it for just a window of time- bathroom sink is so low (wheelchair?) you end up splashing water on the floor I will say the beds were clean and comfortable

It was okay but communication with staff was impossible. We did not have an issue with check in as they sent the code through Expedia chat. But we needed something else and tried to call, chat through several channels and numbers and no one ever answered. A place like this should not be listed in Expedia

When i get there ,it says if you have trouble checking in call the number written on the table. I called so many times more than 10x no one answer it. No signal for our internet l have to drive away to get internet service to open expedia for messages . Thats how i got the door code to access the room .
