"Das Hotel ist schön und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel steht jedoch in der hintersten Reihe, nicht wie auf den Bildern vermittelt wird in der vorderen Front. Der Ort Vik selbst wird zum Touristenzentrum, es wird sehr viel gebaut."

"Amazing hotel. Rooms are gorgeous, equipped with everything you might need for your stay. There’s a hot tub just outside the rooms. Restaurant has great views and lots of delicious options for dinner. Breakfast is super complete. Staff was very attentive. "

"Booked a room with 2 twin beds, got a single bed, a out queen size. No one there to help, trued messaging several times on Expedia, whatsapp, and calling, no response on any platform, and the phone lines were busy for over half an vout when i gave up. The TV didnt work, and the bathroom was freezing, as the heater in there also didnt work. All matters brought to staffs attention on bkth expedia messaging amd whatsapp, and nothing back from them. Very disappointed overall with the experience,...

"Ein schönes und besonderes Erlebnis. Hier und da könnte der Teppichbelag ausgebessert werden, ein paar mehr Haken in der Eingangsschleuse wäre auch hilfreich."

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Nur einen Kleiderschrank haben wir auch dieses Mal vermisst. Das Personal ist sehr nett, schön ist auch, dass man die Möglichkeit hat, im Hotel für isländische Verhältnisse zu einem angemessenen Preis sehr lecker zu essen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "
