"A lovely place to stay with just enough that you need right around it. We were able to do our laundry at the laundromat in the same parking lot (seemingly the only laundromat in southern Iceland) and were recommended by the desk staff to get some delicious pizza at the gas station restaurant across the street. The room was nice and affordable for Iceland, and the complementary buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful as well. "

"The Garage was my absolute favorite hotel that we stayed in. The Family that owns the farm were wonderful and even baked us cakes. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring them. They also had little booklets in the rooms that told us other places to check out. Loved it!"

"Perfect stay, beautiful environment, washroom and common area very clean and efficient. Only thing I messaged them the day before the stay because they didn’t send the code for my pod I booked, but they did respond the day off the stay which was a little nerve racking seeing all the reviews about this. "Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room....
