Only thing I messaged them the day before the stay because they didn’t send the code for my pod I booked, but they did respond the day off the stay which was a little nerve racking seeing all the reviews about this. "This was such a cool little cottage! Just far enough away from the city but still close enough to restaurants and anything you might need. Beautiful waterfalls and other sites are just a short drive away! Kitchen had everything you might need for a few days and the beds in the bedroom were very comfy. The bed in the living room area was pretty hard but not unbearable. The shower water got warm immediately and water pressure was great. Highly recommend if you want to stay out of the city for a...
