ABBIAMO USUFRUITO DEL RISTORANTE DELL'ALBERGO PROSPICENTE LA GUEST HOUSE DELLA STESSA PROPRIETA'. BUONA QUALITA'. NON ABBIAMO FATTO LA COLAZIONE PERCHE' CI E' SEMBRATA TROPPO COSTOSA (22 EURO A PERSONA)."

"The goods: the lady let us check in 1 hr earlier, the property was cleaned and well maintained. The horse farm is very nice and the horses are super friendly and cute. The bad: the temperature downstairs (living room and kitchen) was very hot without any way to turn it down. We opened the window in the bedroom upstairs but that brought 100s of bugs that were biting us. Between the very uncomfortable temperature and the bugs it was a very bad night. In addition, the property advertised a hot tub...

"The 5 star reviews are definitely fake, property is not maintained, rooms are not sound proof, not shower after hot tub, receptionist didn’t offer a free drinks that was included in my Expedia package being a VIP member. At sub $200 you can find better properties.."

"We loved our stay at Loa’s Nest! The guesthouse is spotless and very well maintained. It is right off a main road and is in a convenient location. There are grocery stores and restaurant options nearby. The owner and staff are SO kind and welcoming. In the morning they provided coffee and made waffles with homemade jam. It was an amazing way to start our day. We would highly recommend Loa’s Nest!"

"We had a wonderful two night stay here. It is a bit away from anything which we liked, but be sure to plan accordingly. It was easy to spend the day on the ring road leaving that morning and making our way back in the evening (the never ending sunlight helped). The room is well appointed, everything you could need in the kitchen. My daughter loved playing with their two well behaved dogs. Be sure to pay attention to their directions, apple maps will take you 30 minutes in the wrong direction."

"Very unresponsive. Tried to call them and message them almost 50 times to change checkin date. Expedia was unsuccessful in contacting them. Finally when they answered they said they will not change the date."

"A handsome historic building in a lovely and convenient spot. We had a family room that didn’t quite match expectations based on the photos and description, but it was fine. The lobby sitting area was also lovely with lots of character and the breakfast room made me feel like I was there in the 1940s as a boarding school student — in a good way. The breakfast buffet selection was solid, with delicious bread and skyr and plenty more."

"We stayed just for one night erupts to Vik. Nice property, close to Selfoss, reasonably priced for Iceland prices. Kitchen is well equipped. Many other facilities such as hot tub, on site cafe etc which we couldn’t use due to lack of time. Highly recommended for visiting National park, Geysir and Gullfoss waterfalls."
